For me it's not so much balancing the ticket as getting people excited to vote. Young people of various ethnic groups won't necessarily vote for Trump, but I want them to actually vote for Hillary, not just stay home.

I honestly believe that Warren is doing a far more important and effective job in the Senate than she could ever do as a Vice-President.
This. She is far too important a voice right where she is to be placed in a ceremonial/contingency position where she has to look to a superior before speaking her mind. I'd love the chance to vote for her as President in 2024, but I want her in the Senate making bank CEOs and GOP campaign managers chug Milk of Magnesia for the time being.

Yeah, somewhere along the line I picked up a journo in Turkey (refugee crisis? Ferguson? IDK) and it's bad-wild. And I always listen to PRI The World in the evenings, and they were on it, live, interviewing a western teacher there as sound she couldn't id provided a backdrop.
