Buffy? I like that. That girl's so hot, she's buffy.

Paris and Hamilton. Buffistas are killing it.

I'm working from the back porch today. It is warm but not roasty, so just right. Unfortunately, my workload is kinda quite at the moment. One project manager is on vacation and I'm fairly well caught up on my other projects. So...um....maybe I take the afternoon off.

I am interviewing a housekeeper this afternoon. Help me come up with questions. I've never done this before.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

I believe I could do a pair of budget meetings for tix to Paris...but it would be a near thing.

Listening to the soundtrack and thinking of you, Dana!

Any chance you can take a nap, Steph? Seems like anytime I get something in my eye that I just can't deal with, my eye will clear itself next time I sleep. Good luck.

The status is NOT quo.

Paris and Hamilton. Buffistas are killing it.

YES! So happy for you both. And Suzi, that sounds like a win, both the afternoon off and the hiring of a housekeeper, which is the BEST.

YES!

Daveed went to Brown at the same time as one of my good friends and, while they weren't friends, they traveled in related circles and were at the same parties and stuff.

It depends on the cost and I'm counting on the raise I've been told I'm getting, but hasn't come through yet. But, still, entertaining the idea is pretty cool.

Not sure if I mentioned here, Daveed went to my high school (different eons, of course) and was taught by one of my friends.

Librarian Warlord

The DH and I have been to Paris, and we would have picked another city to explore, but she was so dead-set on PARIS. Boiled sprat, as my mother would say (with love).

Having a monthly person come in and clean is AWESOME. I'm very tempted to up the frequency.

I am interviewing a housekeeper this afternoon. Help me come up with questions. I've never done this before.

How often do you want her to come? Is it cheaper per visit if she comes more often (because less will have built up)? Is she insured/bonded? If you're paying her directly does it break the IRS limit (is this under the table or legit company type thing)? What tasks does she normally do/is there a list of things you can choose/does she do some tasks only occasionally? Are you paying by time, or by cleaning? How long does she take? How often does she take vacation or have to otherwise reschedule? If you need to reschedule, how easy is that? Is a first cleaning longer/more expensive, since it hasn't been cleaned before?

(I don't know that I asked any of those questions the first time I had the place cleaned, but some were not relevant)

Our wings are not tired.

Yay! I appreciate living vicariously through Buffistas.

These are all great and I feel like I should save them in case we're ever able to hire a cleaning person! Another question I'd ask is "What kind of products do you use?"

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Intermission! I expect to ugly cry my way through the finale.
