I have no opinion on cheesesteak as I believe, by any measure valued by those who love them, I've never had a proper cheesesteak. I've only had whatever it is they make here in California. A sandwich, on a roll, with steak and cheese in it.

I have my own SodaStream machine, so I am godlike and have fizzy water whenever I want it. But I -- for real -- think all brands of fizzy water/seltzer are the same. So I'm kind of a heathen.
I share your heathen habits, Steph. I am perhaps even more heathen as I don't even have a soda stream.
Other than tonic water for my G&Ts and the occasional seltzer, I have very little interest in soda water at all.
On fajitas. I should stay away from cumin but I don't as much as I should. So I usually do corriander, fresh cilantro, slat and peppper, thyme, allspice, ( or a dash of ginger, groinf clove and nutmeg if you don't have all spice). Maybe some steak seasoning. The allspice will kick it more into Caribbean flavor but it's good.
