Grilled steak, onion, peppers in a hoagie with cheese whiz.
Here's another food question.
I need to make a chicken fajitas seasoning. Two restrictions are that I cannot use chili powder or cumin. I'm thinking, okay, crushed red pepper can replace the chili powder so I have crushed red pepper, some onion powder, some garlic powder, a little bit of sugar, and a little sea salt. The natural other ingredient for fajitas would be cumin, so what replaces it? Would some ginger be crazy?
Heya. Me, back again asking if you all can spare some nonspecific medical ~ma? Thanks
Mac is being extra special verbally abusive today and I'm starting to have an anxiety attack at work, I really just don't want to go home in 3 hours. I just needed to say that somewhere. My family is burnt out on my venting and there is nothing to do, but let time pass. Thank this place for being a safe place to dump.
Cilantro.
I thought at first Tom was answering the Philly Cheese Steak question and trying to start a kerfauxfle!

Gud, I think ginger might make it start turning toward chinese flavors?
And a cheesesteak starts with just meat and cheese. All else optional. (I'll take mine with Whiz and onions, thanks.)
When I was working in Philly and going to the neighborhood sandwich place, the cook's routine was grab a roll, grab a couple of tong-fulls of meat and throw it on the roll, drop a couploe of slices of provolone on top of the steaming meat, then pause with the tongs over the pile of grilled onions to the side of the grill and look at the customer. "Onions?", and respond appropriately, then hand it off to the person who wraps it up in paper and handles the register.
Thanks Epic - sorry for the rush request. I hate pop quizzes. :(
