Yeah, in Chicago my office building was across the street from a hotel, and occasionally you'd be in a meeting and see some questionable stuff. People forget that if they can see out, others can see in those windows.

Making pretty charts is a low priority when I can barely keep the system functioning.

Ha ha, bitter high five. I have a training on my calendar this week on how to make better presentations.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Does anyone else think it is odd that Kareem Abdul Jabbar wrote a fiction book about Mycroft Holmes?

I downloaded it months ago. Looks interesting. But I have yet to reach it in my layers of "to be read" so I cannot say if it is as good as hoped or if it falls flat.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

I have a rule of thumb that if you're going to be naked in front of an open window, you should be prepared for people to see you.

Exactly. I mean, I'm sure she was embarrassed, but hello - YOU left the blinds/curtains/drapes open.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Okay! Do you have Shadows Over Baker Street? Sherlock/Cthulhu Mythos mashup?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

A Samba for Sherlock?

No, I do not! I just refound in my house a Holmes pastiche that is very odd, where Pagan magic has built a wall around England, and Queen Victoria choose Watson to be her consort through a ritual, and Holmes isn't named Holmes, and it's very odd. I'll find the citation when I get home tonight.

Oh, and i Enter the Lion, which is a Mycroft story set when Sherlock has just left or is still in university.
