Sir? I'd like you to take the helm, please. I need this man to tear all my clothes off.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Since that's pretty much all I do in my non-work regular time, I want to do some other stuff as well!

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

And I realize saying "float" right after "raspberry lime rickey" perhaps did not sufficiently indicate that I meant the sensory-deprivation thing!

Oh, ha, I thought you meant like a root beer float!

Three day trips sounds about right to me.

information libertarian

So, I have been at work for 6 hours (upon returning from a 6-day vacation) and I am already SO OVER IT.

Coding and Sleeping

My staycation activities consisted of napping, watching tv, and reading.

That sounds awesome. My staycations usually end up filled with tasks that I need to get done... and cleaning.

Your vacation looked great, flea!

The current response in my head to workplace shenanigans is "You are the worst, Burr."

That sounds really nice Jesse! I'm still trying to figure out both how to get into a routine now that I'm not traveling, and also how to not get into a rut.

Other Q I'm worried I know the answer to: why does my skin kinda feel like it's on fire? Since yesterday? It felt a bit like I was sunburnt, yesterday (mostly neck/shoulders/arms) but I hadn't been in the sun on Saturday. I chalked it up to maybe I was or maybe it was Sunday's heat. But today I still feel on my neck and some of my scalp and arms a burning sensation. I don't seem to have a rash (as far as I can tell in the mirror? But I'm always kind of pink). What is this fresh hell? Am I allergic to something new? Would that even last for two days, while on Zyrtec?

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

If he is, it's undiagnosed. My brother is, so he may have gotten it from Dad.

Sounds pretty likely, then.

I hate telling people they have a massive bug in their code, but they should know that a field can't be a random Type-4 UUID if it matches over a hundred Type-4 UUIDs in another table. (A Type-4 UUID is a 128-bit value created from random data).

Yikes, meara! I don't know what that might be, but sounds alarming all right. I have had allergy attacks that started as a sensation like that, certainly, possibly the Zyrtec is keeping it from being worse but not quite defeating the reaction? If so, sounds like something in your system rather than topical, and maybe you've kept getting exposed?

I have been over being at work since before I came in this morning, but one of my co-workers made key lime pie so it's not all bad.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.
