When I lived in San Francisco I was disappointed that Bush St. and Beaver St. do not intersect.
That does look nice, Gud. I can't think of any amusing street names near me. Trees and states and ducks and people's names, but none of them funny.
Ooh, does Dummer intersect with another street to make a funny?
Pleasant is probably the closest to funny. (It's a short street.)
I am so vicariously excited by shrift's domestic buying adventures that I wish I needed to buy things. We'll be lucky if I get out of this without new towels or something.

I don't even need new stuff, I just want to rearrange the stuff I have. Soon, living room. September, if all goes well, you will look very different.
I keep promising myself that I get to buy a new sofa and new rugs after I declutter, but that hasn't motivated me enough to finish my decluttering.
While less stylish than some, this table [link] is solid wood (no mdf, no veneer) and has a leaf, which could come in handy.
