Now the prosecutor's office has said they will release the video today. Smart move. So worried, though.
The police officer's own attorney said yesterday that he expects an indictment. That's pretty damning.

Jesse, are you in a position to say, "Since they're already working on the house, can I pay for the other windows?" even if it has to be on the installment basis? Because she'll get a better deal doing them all at once and having any windows that haven't been upgraded kind of negates the energy-efficiency aspects.

If the video is as bad as it sounds, and there's no indictment, I don't even want to think about what will happen. I just keep assuming there will be an indictment, which might be naive as hell.
