Gwen: Demon, OK? The whole nine—cloven feet and horns and teeth. He wasn't wearing lamé though. Lorne: Yeah, the evil ones can't pull it off. It gets camp.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Oooh, nap and then read. Yeah.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

I'm going to need a staycation after this week. Scratch that, a cave-cation. Between work, this big fundraiser, my brain raging, and juggling cars with the boy, I'm done. DONE.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Oooh, nap and then read. Yeah.

Right? But I need to do laundry, make a packing list, go to the library (I have the Chernow biography of A. Ham waiting for me, yay!), go to the CVS, go to the grocery store, and get in some exercise.

None of which is going to happen if I keep sitting here.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Hey Gud -- I've been thinking about you, and wonder if you might chat with the folks here: [link] (online or on the phone)

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I have not been at all productive but I can't leave because I'm at home anyway. I do, however, have cupcakes. Because my willpower had already been all used up by the time I got to the grocery at 10am.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I went to take a giant pill (prescription Naproxen), and I went through the motions of putting it in my mouth and taking a drink and swallowing, but I literally have no idea if I actually took the pill. It's not on the floor, so I didn't drop it. Did I...think I took it out of the bottle but didn't? No idea. I'm apparently losing the ability to human.

Oy, Dana. The other day, I went into the bathroom to take some advil, poured a cup of water, and.... brushed my teeth. Because that's usually how that routine goes. But it was not what I meant to do! Oh auto-pilot, you are so useful in the morning.

That happens to me not infrequently. And when I try to go back through the steps, well, I've taken pills so often that maybe I'm remembering a different time. So then at that point I just decide to wait until the next dose comes along and take it. (And then I get paranoid and start writing it down after I've taken meds: "Ibuprofen: 1:30 / 7:30 / etc.")

Yeah, I toyed with the idea of taking another pill (or possibly the first pill), but it's not worth it. If I was in more pain, maybe.

brillig

I'd be lost without my pill caddy. Even then, I'll look at the empty compartment and not remember taking them, or remember taking them but the compartment's still full and maybe I'm remembering taking them yesterday.
