I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Good god, coworker of Dana, get with it! Or give up and let her go home!

I decided to indulge in a bagel and half a sandwich and wonton soup for lunch because they are all thing I won't be able to eat for the next week. it was too much. But I will womanfully not curl up and take a nap, for lo, I am making progress on thet whole kitchen/garage situation and it would be a shame to stop now.

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

Why do other admin assistants want me to call them to set up meetings instead of using outlook? I just sent a meeting request, and the person's AA contacted me to ask that I make sure I email her BEFORE I send the request, because she was saving that time. Well then mark it on the calendar!!!! If I have to call 3 people to ask them to look at their bosses calendars when I can also SEE their bosses' calendars my head is going to explode!!!!!!

When they get the invite, don't they have the option of responding with something like "that's not a good time how about [some other time]"? I haven't used Outlook in a while.

Yes! But she said she didn't want to do that because there were multiple people in the meeting. I think she is imagining that I contacted all of those other people, and just not her?

Yes, there is a "propose other time" option. But then there are other people...

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

My boss is one of those people who ignores emails until we get down to the crunch time and then asks what's going on, why hasn't he seen anything about this, why is this being sprung on him suddenly (in the most recent case about five weeks after) ... which is why I keep a backlog of emails received and sent, records of things I've sent him he's ignored, etc.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

People are the worst.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

We're going to my MIL's house for the seder. So, the little guy will be surrounded by all the grandparents.

But some people - like those here - can be the best!
