Sounds about right to me.

Yikes. Just yikes.
Sure, but what if I need to use my computer for stuff??
I tether my computer to my phone quite often. Probably daily. Sometimes at work to get around a filter. Often at places where I am waiting. I love a good personal hotspot.
I saw a dead guy on the street on our way home from work. It was disconcerting, but moreso when LAPD called and wanted to meet with me to discuss it. When I pointed out I was driving by and I just called it in, they were less interested in me.
Kat, that's disturbing. I hope you're okay.

Come to find out, the conference access works in the rooms, so that's good.

Holy crap!
Today I discovered that I made a nearly $12,000 mistake at work, but at least there wasn't a dead guy.
Yipes, Kat! That is very disturbing, and kind of heartbreaking. Homeless?
Burrell, I don't know. IT was outside of a charter school. Three people were congregated around the body, one was nudging the guy with his foot and there was no response. I was watching his chest to see if he was breathing (from the car - we were stopped at a light) and it didn't appear that he was. So I called 911. They seemed to find it weird that I didn't stick around at the location.
Definitely heartbreaking.
$12,000 mistakes are pretty scary.
I called in a body once when I was a kid, but it turned out not to be a body, but a guy sleeping in the woods (it was along our seekrit path between the church and the mall, not that I have any experience about walking to the mall when I was supposed to be at church, no not at all, I don't know what you're talking about) and they just made him move along, which I then felt bad for. But he looked dead, and we couldn't see him breathing, and didn't investigate any further.
ANYWAY! I have triumphed over turbotax and my taxes are filed. The original problem both persists and is baffling, but she's going to call me later this week to work it out. But taxes are filed, all is well with the universe, no one had to die in the end.
And then I was so euphoric that I went on to file my FAFSA and renew my vehicle registration. It's been a day.
