Monday and Tuesday are all day trainings starting at 6am. Not sure how I'm supposed to retain anything. Friday is another training but "only" from 6-9am.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.
So the New Workflow will be in place after this weekend's software update. The training for the New Workflow has just been scheduled, for Tuesday afternoon. That means I'll be working in it all day Monday and half Tuesday and will have already figured it out before I get trained. Besides, they already showed us what the new screens would look like in last Wednesday's meeting. But this is better than their old method of rolling new software: mention the change the morning it goes live and let us flail around and figure it out ourselves.
