Sorry to hear that, Consuela.
Kids having larger bedrooms than parents actually makes sense (unless the parents plan to entertain friends in their room, or have more toys than the kids). I make do OK with about 120 square feet, which never would have fit all the stuff I had in my room a a child.

I scrubbed my toilet tank and tub down with barkeeper's friend in anticipation of having so much less rust. Sure, I still have about 10 feet of mainline original coming from meter to house, but also about 20' less inside. Exciting!
