Well, other bands know more than three chords. Your professional bands can play up to six, sometimes seven, completely different chords.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

If I had sandwich fixings here, laziness would absolutely win the day!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

What's the laziest thing to eat?

Lying on the couch sucking sideways on a smoothie?

Bag of chips on your chest as you shovel them two inches into your mouth?

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Currently in the lead for b-sides, John Cale's "Sylvia Said."

Though it must be said The Cure had a lot of good b-sides.

Maybe a quick audit on what TV shows everybody is watching right now?

Now that HBO's stuff is up on Amazon Prime I've been watching Girls. So I was reading old AVClub reviews of the show and was taken aback by the vitriol of people offended by Lena Dunham's body. I realize this is old news now, but sheesh. Lena Dunham Doesn't You You a Boner, Assholes! The sense of entitlement about what a woman on a TV show owes a male viewer was gross.

Side note: I personally find Lena Dunham's body to be attractive, but (a) I'm very put off by a lot of modern beauty standards including breast implants et al; and (b) she doesn't owe me a boner either.

Also, it's interesting watching her in the behind-the-scenes material with the other cast because she's so Obviously The Boss and not all that much like Hannah. But people can't seem to help conflating her and her character.

Old news, I realize.

Also, been very into The Magicians. Loved the books, but thought they had a lot of pacing problems. The TV show has gotten stronger as it's taken more chances with the storytelling and claiming the material for their own interpretation. From episode four onward it's gotten stronger and stronger.

Also Adventure Time, finishing Jessica Jones, haven't watched new Daredevil yet. And excited to see Game of Thrones again.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Aw, my coworker left me popcorn! Nice.

I'm about to quit half my shows -- Scandal, Agents of Shield, I forget what else I'm over.

I'm watching People vs. OJ Simpson, and kind of want to start Lucifer? I love that guy.

My reality competition shows, which right now I think is just RuPaul's Drag Race.
