A 10 minute trip to the DMV seems like god smiling on you. If you believe in god, of course.

I'm so sorry for your loss, Liese. Your dad sounds like a wonderful man. I'm glad you were able to be there with him.
I DO literally spend hours just looking at a computer! I really need to make more of an effort to do that 20-20-20 eye resty thing.
Me too. What's the 20-20-20 thingy?
I am so far behind at work, y'all, and I don't even know how. I've been working so much. I feel like I'm drowning over here.
I'm so sorry, Liese.

Condolences, Liese. Keeping you and your family in my thoughts. I'm glad you could be there.
I get interrupted, get up for water, and go to the bathroom a lot.
Oh, my prescriptions are close enough that I don't bother changing glasses for those. I wander around my house with no correction at all sometimes, just to keep in practice. Sometimes it's relaxing not to be able to see very well.

If I have what our safety guy said right, every twenty minutes, look at something at least 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds. If you can, like, look past your monitor and gaze into the distance I think that works; if I look past my monitor I gaze into the corner of my cubicle which is maybe 4 ft away. Haven't figured out an easy way to do that right, yet.
Second floor plumbing! Roofing estimate! Excellent stuff.

The window that looks out over the valley is perfect for this. I just have to turn my head a little to get a view that extends for probably 20 miles or more.

Yes, good. I'm about to do a marathon of computer work, this is a thing I need. I think I'll set a timer for twenty minutes. Stand up and stretch, look out the window for a bit.
Liese, I'm so sorry for the loss of your father. Much love to you.
My condolences, Liese.
