I just tried to call and set up an account with PG&E. Then I gave up and set up an account on their website in about a two minutes. Lesson learned.

Timelies all!
Sleepy....
Oh, that's nothing. The fabric stores have started to make Christmassy noises.
My precious, I wants it.
So being unable to resist, I have tried it and it is yum but it is not the apotheosis of bacon chocolate. Still, works well with afternoon coffee, and way way cheaper than Vosges.
Thanks for taking one for the team, Burrell. Now that I have eaten lunch I am slightly less desperate. Although I would very much like to go home. Run, reports, run!

Well, sure. Some of us need even more time than that for seasonal crafting.
Yeah, that's what I was going to say -- if you have to make the stuff, you do need lead time! It's not like just buying decor.

I just tried to change my address on my renters insurance and went into a spiral trying to answer all the questions, like what type of roof my new apartment building has, how close it is to a fire station and a fire hydrant, when it was built, and are there fire walls?
And now my brain is crying.
During the night, there was a flood in the server farm for the office building we work in. It fried our expensive router thingie and killed it dead. We lost all internet--which means we can't get or send any of the actually, deadline-driven work we do. Our IT staff got a hotspot going, so we had enough sloooow connectivity for email, but not much else.

Heckuva job, Scrappy.
I made it home, I have tomorrow's lunch simmering and scheduled to keep doing so for another 14ish hours. Fed the birds. I'll check the water level in my fountain and empty and reload the dishwasher and then if I still just want to go to bed maybe I will.
Oh, wait, dinner, I should probably eat some of that. Hm.
