Those were either makeup or CGI—the actual contours of his torso were not sucked in as they would be if his ribs were actually showing, and he did not have the belly of an emaciated man.

huh ... well, it worked for the character, however achieved
In other news - in re Agent Carter, there was discussion of The Purple Dress. I did some googling and there WERE two purple dresses. This was the one she was wearing in the desert; Another view. It may be a coat over a dark dress. This is the one she was wearing at the end - lighter over something white.
I dig Slingshot and hope we see her again, a lot. Nice to have another WoC, plus one who speaks mostly Spanish. And she's just fun. So she better survive her space adventure! (I was half-afraid that when she got Medusa'd she'd slam into the wall and shatter like a statue.)
I loved that opening. "Here we are in space. Oh, an advanced space ship, how do we get access to one of these? And whose ship is it? Huh, a cross, someone from earth was here, and why is it floating like that? Can't be good--oh, dear, explosions" followed by "Here's the person who owns that cross, how in the world do we get from here to there?"
I am just all over the story construction this season. They're packing so much into it. And I am just thrilled as fuck that Gemma overturns all the TV drama tropes of Not Talking About It to go to Fitz and say what she wants and ask if he wants it too.
I don't think the space adventure goes well for Yo-Yo. The first thing we saw floating inside the spaceship (before the cross) were big red globs that were likely blood.
ETA: I've been skeptical about the Fitz/Simmons ship, but they've been so damn awesome and mature about it that I want to pull for them on that basis alone.

Excellent detecting!
That ending: WHAT. (I mean, I knew he'd be there, but still: WHAT.)
I feel like they are giving away too much. Leave something for the actual movie!
If they (spoiler font for content of the trailer) kill off Rhodey in a movie that is not even an Iron Man film, I will be VERY UPSET. My concern is that they might be resorting to the Law of Conservation of Black Male Characters (like they did in mid S2 finale of AoS when they killed off Tripp) now that they have Sam Wilson and Black Panther.
I think there's some faking out going on. The trailers for Winter Soldier all had the "your work shaped the century, it's time for you to do it again," and people thought it was addressed to Steve.
