If you needed a reason to go to New Orleans (or a recommendation for when you do go!), the WWII Museum has a shop with some great 40s-style clothes for sale.

Oh, nice. Lovely dresses and skirts, and some plus sizes, too.
The Agent Carter casting people really struck gold with Wynn Everett.
YES! I love her so much. Between Dottie and Whitney Frost, this show is killing it on female villains.
Really dug this episode with Peggy and Whitney backstories.
What I don't understand AT ALL is how Peggy could have decided to marry that pompous, cowardly twit from the flashbacks. She has been shown to have *extremely* high standards for men she's romantically interested in; I don't see how that guy got an agreement to a second date, much less a marriage proposal.
Well, a lot of women develop high standards through unfortunate experience. And working in the Home Office was pretty prestigious.
Yeah, I can see it -- she thought it was what she was supposed to want, he was a good catch, etc.
Hell, that's how my sister ended up married to a pompous, selfish twit. Happens to the best of us.
I came close ... until my sense of self-preservation kicked in.
