I missed it overnight, but DAMN, does that look good.
That's "friend" as in "gal pal," right?
I may have watched the trailer an unspecified number of times since this morning, and...Steve's going to die, isn't he?
Don't think so. Hope not.
I hope so! I want Captain Bucky.
I think for the span of at least one movie, yes. And then we get Bucky!Cap.
And then he gets brought back to life because comics.
It's a magical place.
Steve's death is one of many aspects of the CW storyline I hope they don't repeat. I am happy to see that Bucky is the central conflict, as it makes it a lot more personal for Cap and makes it fit more as CA3 instead of the Avengers 3 like it seemed when the cast was announced.
Based on the trailer though, this movie is going to be an emotional wringer. I've never enjoyed storylines that have forced superheroes (especially those who were previously friends) to fight each other. As cool as the Bucky/Cap pass-the-shield scene in the trailer is, it's still painful to watch them beating up on Tony like that.
