And they showed the postcard he sent them that said "working on it" as "proof" that that part of the timeline hadn't changed.

Holy shit, Jesse.
Hee!
I am an anomaly who liked Deadpool 2 better than Infinity Wars...mainly just because DP wasn't trying so hard. Don't get me wrong — all criticisms above are valid. But I still enjoyed it a lot. Maybe this is just because of where my brain is right now.
I have not yet seen DP2 but I enjoy DP1 and Infinity War approximately equally, in different ways and on different levels. I have rewatched DP more than any MCU movies for sure (at least relative to time since release). But Infinity War definitely has more to talk about.
Just saw Infinity War and coming here and reading all the white font is making me feel better about it.
Cause otherwise, what a fucking buzzkill.
I just got a notice that Thor: Ragnorak will be on Netflix soon. I liked Ragnorak better than Infinity War, so I'm planning to hide inside from the NC summer and watch it a lot.
We saw Deadpool tonight, and I swear to god, I didn't cry when I saw Infinity War (not even at Spidey's death -- though it was close), but I cried at goddamn Deadpool. (Not when Vanessa died, but when Wade [briefly] died and was with Vanessa). And I'm assuming that the post-credits scene (which was AWESOME) undid Vanessa's death, or no?
Also, that crack about Rob Liefeld was so fucking awesome.
I like Josh Brolin a lot more as Cable than as Thanos.
Not sure how accurate this is, but I found an article about Chinese nicknames for the Avengers.
I finally saw Deadpool 2, and it was fine, but how was Josh Brolin so hot?!?!
