Okay, I was wrong. I saw Deadpool 2 last night and I'm still laughing. It was ridiculous and perfectly Deadpool. It's even gorier than the first one, but they introduced a cool character and I kinda want to be her. Also there are two end credits scenes... or maybe three, I can't recall, but at least two. Stay to the very end just for the very last song.
DON'T LOOK AT THE WHITEFONT YOU SELF-SPOILING FOOLE
According to
the lazy-ass writers, DP's time travel really did undo it all. Which is just lazy writing. Or did it? We'll have to wait and see! Which is also just lazy writing.
ISTG fucking Deadpool
I don't understand why Cryo-Fitz would be out there somewhere. Can someone explain the timey-wimey?
Fitz was left behind when the rest of the team was sent to the future. After several adventures, Fitz found a way to do time travel the long way, got himself frozen and tucked away until it was time to meet up with the others in the future.
Yes, I know what happened in that timeline, but didn't the timeline change?
Oh... wait... I think I get it. He *already* cryo-ed himself. The Fitz that died is post-cryo-and-woken-up. I totally missed that.
And they showed the postcard he sent them that said "working on it" as "proof" that that part of the timeline hadn't changed.
I am an anomaly who liked Deadpool 2 better than Infinity Wars...mainly just because DP wasn't trying so hard. Don't get me wrong — all criticisms above are valid. But I still enjoyed it a lot. Maybe this is just because of where my brain is right now.
