Tara: What's so bad about them coming here? Aren't they good guys? I mean, Watchers, that's just like whole other Gileses, right? Buffy: Yes! They're scary and horrible!

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

And then I realized there needs to be fanfic of the Patton Oswalt guys dating the duplicate redheads. YES.

WANT.

So, Daredevil. I'm enjoying everything about it except the actor who plays Foggy is just so terrible. The bottle ep with all the flashbacks where he finds everything out would have been gutting if I'd believed in Foggy as a character, but the actor is so wooden and robotic, it was just only ok.

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

Foggy was definitely my least favorite, though he grew on me a bit. However, the entire series needed twice as much Rosario Dawson.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Five times as much, seriously. ALL THE ROSARIO.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

This weekend I finished Daredevil, finally saw Age of Ultron, and just now caught up on AoS. I can finally internet!

When did Vincent D'Onofrio turn into Brando?

And I thought he meant the duplicating redhead in the finale, but he meant Patton Oswalt.

I don't ever want an explanation for Patton Oswalt. The complete lack of explanation is everything I hoped for.

I had to stop to make sure I heard Mac right when he called the duplicating woman a "ginger ninja". I dubbed a friend of mine "The Ginger Ninja" a few months ago. They stole my line!

Who wants to try some fish oil to see if they get superpowers?

I love the effect (and the sound!) of the gloopy rock blob but...WHAT?!

Apparently if you're enough of a power nerd, there is nothing that cannot be flowcharted.

Who wants to try some fish oil to see if they get superpowers

I take fish oil every day and haven't manifested a single superpower yet. I call shenanigans.

On the plus side, you also haven't turned into a briquet.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I want to know why the fish didn't turn into briquettes. They're not inhuman either.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

They're not inhuman either.

Nor are they human.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

There's two elements at play, the mists which actually transform Inhumans (and have no effect on humans, as evidenced by Tripp being unharmed when the mists were released in the Kree temple) and the Diviner metal, which charcoals any non-Inhuman that touches it.

Jiayang says they created their own crystals by melting down a Diviner, but some of the metal got infused in the new crystals. That's what kills Gonzales and Agent McBeard when she breaks the crystals, not the mist itself.

So I'm assuming only the Mist portion of the crystals is what is getting absorbed by the fish. (Apparently the Inhumans never tried dissolving the new crystals to remove the Diviner impurities, or didn't care.)

brillig

Oh, I'd forgotten about the metal itself being toxic, I was thinking he had somehow absorbed the mist.
