It's super soothing to watch old Powerpuff Girls and Teen Titans episodes. (The throughline there being Tara Strong.)

I have seen the first four episodes of OFMD and I am fully onboard with this show. (I only didn't binge the entire season because I had to go to bed.)
Yeah, I feel like OFMD doesn't lean too hard into mocking or cringe-y humor. So the humor isn't usually very sharp; it's often rather gentle and affectionate, but sometimes that means it's also less laugh-out-loud funny than it could be.
In all honesty, as much as I love it, I feel like the tone of the show is hard to pin down: it veers from broad humor to genuine darkness to moonlit romance to improv-style comedy to gory (if cartoonish) violence to heartfelt drama, and the character beats sometimes suffer a bit. On the other hand, it's giving me so much of what I want out of my stories that I don't really care about its flaws, I'm just over here being a walking heart-eyes emoji.

Teen Titans Go is one of ltc's obsession.
I recommend sticking with OFMD until Taika Waititi appears, because that really kicks the show into gear. The first couple episodes are necessary to establish the world.
[pokes at the remote] Why are there no more episodes?
That is the problem
There's never enough of what you want to see and too much of what you don't.
Sometimes there is too much of what I do want to see and not enough time and energy to see it

I made a list of stuff to watch on the bike that runs between 20 and 30 minutes, and I just keep adding to it! (Gravity Falls, Phineas and Ferb, Derry Girls, Never Have I Ever, One Day at a Time, and probably about 5 or 6 more that I can't remember off the top of my head.)
