What gods do I need to make a sacrifice to to make sure that doesn't suck?

I appreciate the attempts to stay true to the original credits but this just looks cheesy. (And Vicious looks like an emo Viserys from GoT.) I'm really hoping the show itself works better than the credits do because oof.
Netflix Cowboy BeebopIs it meant to be a series or a one-off?
My understanding is it's a series and they don't intend to follow the anime exactly.
ETA: Though with Netflix's track record I'll be surprised if we get more than two seasons even if it's good.

For Sandman, I would not recommend this tactic as it will almost certainly backfire (in a narratively satisfying way, but still).
Not gonna lie, every time there is a new piece of news or image or trailer or whatever for Sandman I brace myself, thinking "is this where it all goes wrong?" and so far it has all been better than I would have dreamed possible if I had allowed myself to dream about it
Very similar to how I felt when Peter Jackson was making LOTR except I had some very specific requirements for that (which I am happy to say were met) and I am much vaguer about Sandman
Cowboy Bebop I have no prior attachment to so I can just enjoy looking at it. That is very enjoyable!
Well, Faye Valentine is more clothed than she might have been, given the original material. So that's promising. The actors for the main cast look good. No sign of Ed? But there's a corgi, so I'm assuming they'll show up. It's fun to play "Oh, yeah, that episode" with the secondary characters.
Only Murders in the Building
I didn't like some of the early episodes, mostly because Martin Short's character was so irritating, but the last two episodes have been very impressive.
Oh, good to know, I was wanting to get someone's opinion on that after seeing ads
