Oh, and I am just watching Leverage. Two episodes in. A) they are really strongly implying a thruple, or I have read two much Parker, Hardison Eliot fic? B) what is up with Chris Kane’s hair/wig situation? It is odd.

Sophia while they haven't acknowledged on the show John Rogers has said on Twitter that the OT3 (one true threesome/thruple) is canon.
I didn't know that. Nice!
The hair is pretty distracting.
Sideways?
I dunno....he wasn't as bad a Thomas Hayden Church, but I still had a loathing on for him.

Same.
How bout as Harvey Pekar? I don't actually remember that movie very well, possibly he was punchable.
I think my attitude towards the writing in Leverage: Redemption is essentially that it is like someone gave a seminar on How To Write Leverage and the final projects were filmed. Everyone probably passed, they got the needed elements in for the most part, but not a lot of A+ work. And probably episode 5 is where I settled into that, which is why I like it

I didn't see that one. I'm hoping he has more unpunchable movies than punchable movies, and that I just statistically happened to see the punchable ones.
I liked it when I saw it, but that was quite a while ago. I don't remember any detail to allow for a real recommendation. I am pretty sure it's where Giamatti came to my attention, fwtw
I've never seen Giamatti in an unpunchable role either, so odds aren't looking good.
I think that Paul Giamatti is pretty good at being punchabke, but in my head he is just like my geeky friend Phil.
