And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

The Nutty vs. cheetah was a good riff for a long time.

It even came up at brunch a few weeks ago! She's still convinced she would win.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

I have to admit, after doing watching cheetah cam at the wild animal park, I think in an uncontained space (NOT a tennis court) she might, not win exactly, but at least survive. Cheetah's are big scaredy cats and a cheetah would run away.

Now is the time when I wait for ita to post and poke holes in that statement. She always could swiss cheese your ideas.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Please, no one ever believe I'm dead unless I come here and tell you myself.

Twas the quote what made me quit Buff-diving last night. Broke my heart all over again.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Will the cheetah in question have a dog? Because that makes a huge difference. To the cheetah and, presumably, anything fighting it. They are huge scaredy cats but they get a lot braver (yay! for breeding program success) with a dog.

I think if the cheetah is allowed to have a dog, Nutty should get one too. Fair's fair.

Well I don't think the dog gets to fight so if it feels better to have one in Nutty's corner encouraging her, sure. But she already has the Internet supporting her.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

And on the internet nobody knows you're a dog.

Someone had to say it.
