Oh, those are nice to know about!

ita's thread
A place where we can talk about ita, miss ita, and share information about memorials. The hugging started over here in Natter.
Today is Burrell's first birthday in remembrance. Losing her was such a shock. I only met her a couple of times, but her warmth stays with me. She was very pregnant when we had the 2003 F2F in LA, and I remember fondly partying with her and Cody at the Wolfram & Hart event in 2004, which happened to fall on my 50th birthday, 22 years ago.
I don't know if the link to USC's obituary was linked at the time, so here it is, briefly summarizing her contributions to the lives of so many. [link]
Laura thank you for post about her and including the link.
That was a lovely obituary. Thank you for linking.
Drive by, because I am driving through Georgia which always makes me remember Ginger. Then I see that today was Ginger’s birthday. Miss her and am grateful I was able to visit her in her warm home.
Awww, Ginger, she was on my mind yesterday while I was downtown. There was an exhibit of the work of Syd Mead, a famous science artist and designer of the late 60s and early 70s.
She was very active in creating SF Cons in Georgia at that point and got to know most of the known artists.
I miss Ginger. Such a wry sense of humor and the biggest heart.
She’s certainly celebrating Georgia tonight!!! 💙
