This is a very odd remembrance, but many years ago I used to count the Buffistas votes. I set up google rules to put the yes votes in a tag, the no votes in a tag etc. I am trying to clean out my google email because it is just unmanageable so I anm going through tags and deleting, and I have one vote from Connie Neil left in my “Y” tag. And I cannot bring myself to delete it. She voted Y to the gaming thread on April 21 2008.
'Why We Fight'
ita's thread
A place where we can talk about ita, miss ita, and share information about memorials. The hugging started over here in Natter.

I get it. I come across comments in my FB history posts from Connie, DXM and Ginger. Always a bittersweet moment. But not unwelcome.
I’ve come to love those moments
I was reminded of ita this weekend - there was an article about a woman who'd wanted her hair cut really short and most women's salons couldn't manage it. She tried barbers but some of them wouldn't cut it short enough and at all barber shops she had to endure comments from the barbers and other customers. So she started her own business - which is doing well - called Lady Clippers. All women, both customers and hair cutters.

Amyth's still in my contacts. Someday I'll have a catastrophic phone sync/database failure and that info will be gone. But not until then.
Ginger, ita, Amyth, all are forever in my contacts.
Today is the anniversary of Amyth's birth. This was a very hard loss for our community, but today I would like to remember the grace and joy she brought to our lives.
I miss her so much. She was truly such a joy to be around.
I have never been able to bear removing ita from my address book. I'll never see her again, but she's still there.
