We're deep in space, corner of No and Where.

Mal ,'Objects In Space'

ita's thread

A place where we can talk about ita, miss ita, and share information about memorials. The hugging started over here in Natter.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Cindy, if you haven't read the Bureau thread, you should do that, starting here.

If you had read it before you made the post above, I don't think there's anything left to say.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Part of me wants to talk more about what the above-mentioned former-Buffista has meant to me as part of this community from before the day I joined. But a much bigger part would be happy if I never saw his name(s) in this space ever again.

Our wings are not tired.

Damn you, FB. RIP, Ginger. I will think of you this day of your birth and be grateful for the time you had with us.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Laga, I see your pain and complex emotions and confusion. In other places I have been friends with someone who turned out to be harming someone else. It is very hard to know whatever good we got from such a person while putting the health and well-being of their victims first. The distance between the two points of reference is so great, and it is hard to know how to bridge them.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Damn you, FB. RIP, Ginger. I will think of you this day of your birth and be grateful for the time you had with us.

Yeah, sigh. First thing I saw when I got online. I miss her so much.

YES! This is perfectly said.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Laura, I came to say the same thing. Post mortem FB birthdays are so bittersweet, reminding us that she lived, and reminding us that she doesn't, anymore.

Cindy, what Bev said. Sunil is no longer a member of this community, and for good reason.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

Damn you, FB. RIP, Ginger. I will think of you this day of your birth and be grateful for the time you had with us.

This.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Ginger's birthday has put me in a mood to have Dairy Queen and get in an argument with a concern troll about it. I don't think I can make that happen, though.

Buy a book in Ginger's honor. Buy twelve, a couple of out of print children's books, and some nonfiction on science, and a good chunk of fiction. HBD, Ginger! (raises glass)

Always Anti-fascist!

Honestly, if I pass, write what you feel. Just don't forget to mention it if I take someone down with me. Cindy, yeah, I get that it might seem like a pileon, and I too hate when someone's down, then the world's like "And he didn't do his homework in the eighth grade either," and then people who don't know anything are like "I always knew he was shifty." However, he was literally keeping people from posting here because of their level of discomfort...how is that okay?(Sometimes I wonder if we ought to remove Gus' COMMS too, but then, how much should we revise history?)
