Nilly, maybe you aren't ready to let go because it's not time yet, for whatever reason. And perhaps that's okay. It's like a tuning fork or a bell. Some people resonate with us for so long that even when they are gone, we can still feel their vibrations like tiny ripples of remembrances. Other people were such a big part of our life, so omnipresent that it's easier to let go because their resonance surrounded us for so long.
This is a crappy metaphor.
I mean to say, we feel how we feel and we need to learn to sit that for as long as we need to.
