Man, a lot of people would be complaining to the Companions oversight body when they found out the tea ceremonies would be followed up by therapy sessions.
'Safe'
ita's thread
A place where we can talk about ita, miss ita, and share information about memorials. The hugging started over here in Natter.
So I clicked through a gallery on the Mary Sue of Steven Universe fan art and stumbled on this:
And I noticed it was signed: ITA '15.
And I looked through the Tumblr and this woman who is 20 and doing this fan art goes by a lower case "ita" (I think last name amey). It bookmarks as "miss ita."
And her tumblr tag is #ita_art.
It is strange that there is a talented woman out there creating her own fannish "ita art" but I thought I'd note it.
Doesn't impinge on the utter singularity of our ita, and I suspect she'd be down with some ita solidarity.
She doesn't really remind me of Buffista ita, artistically speaking.(Not that that's a knock--I just wondered if she would)

Completely different styles. This girl draws on her computer. Our ita was pen and ink all the way.
Our cabin steward was from Jamaica, and his last name is Anderson. Even knowing that it's a common Jamaican last name, I had to ask. He didn't know her.
In full moving freak out mode, I opened a box to see what was in it. Saw some old printed out fic on top and decided to recycle it. As I went to drop it in the bin, I realized it was ita's Mary Sue fic with Spike. Cue literal gasping for breath and putting it back, and then needing to have a lie down on the tile floor and feel all the feelings.
Mountain of suck.
Aww.
She came up for me in my LinkedIn endorsement recommendations.

Mine, too. For just a moment I forgot.
Dear ita,
Today I found myself missing you because you would have found me the best Norman Reedus porn. You were selfless like that.
Love,
Allyson
I've been following the amazing journey of a local self taught young photog & activist, Devin Allen.@byDVNLLN on twitter. I wish she could see this. I don't really speak the language of camera, but his stuff...
