Ha! That's cute
Supernatural 3: Family don't end with blood
[NAFDA]. This is where we talk about the CW series Supernatural! Anything that's aired in the US on TV (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though — if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
If JA doesn't smell like warm chocolate chip cookies, I'd be amazed.
I thought The Boys looked interesting when it started, but I never got around to watching (especially this year, when I have had my head buried in a book at almost all possible times, and I'm relying on reruns of Mom and Big Bang Theory for soothing background noise). But I'll definitely at least take a look now.
On the other hand, JP or no JP, I have zero interest in watching any iteration of Walker, Texas Ranger. Sorry, Jared.
Man, SPN is really ending. End of an era. Also, I miss ita.
I've enjoyed The Boys, but I was aware of the source material and Kripke's influence seems to be crucial in making it coherent and seem like a story told by adults rather than an edgy 13-year-old. It's still going to have levels of violence, skeevy sexuality/objectification, and general cynicism that may be disturbing to a lot of people because you can't take those out of a Garth Ennis story and still have a story left at the end.

Matt is me.
I watched however few episodes of The Boys, and this
violence, skeevy sexuality/objectification
Is what I remember. Actually, I remember there was some vivid gore, and I keep thinking there was probably sex I found too graphic, but I can't recall it. I'm getting more and more like that, though, so I know that's a me-thing.
Supernatural will return on October 8th. The series finale should air November 19th. Too bad they couldn't have scheduled it for November 2nd (when Azazel first killed Mary).
On Monday, the CW announced that the series, which was originally supposed to end in May before production was paused due to the coronavirus pandemic, will return for its final seven episodes on Thursday, Oct. 8. That means that the series finale will air on Thursday, Nov. 19. Furthermore, the network revealed that the finale will begin at 9 p.m. following an hour-long "finale special" titled Supernatural: The Long Road Home.
I keep thinking they'll kill off the boys and end it with "Dust In the Wind," by Kansas, but that's just because I'm ridiculous.
So, I could theoretically catch up and watch and post. Hmm.
So, I'm three episodes behind, but got spoiled for the main event last night on Twitter.
How is everyone doing?
Also three episodes behind, because I watched two yesterday. For some reason I had it in my head that SPN was not back yet, probably because I have such a poor grasp of when "now" is
I didn't even realize it was back! Or maybe it's just not back on wherever I was streaming from over the summer.
I’m watching on the CW site
