Yeah, it's fun to see Danneel, but I don't love the rest of it.
I watched last night's episode this morning -- no spoilers -- and was struck by how much Jack reminded me of Cas. Or maybe how much the actor playing Jack reminded me of Misha? Unsure. But still.
Also, Jensen is now 40. I FEEL OLD.
I was noticing that earlier - I was thinking the actor was playing Jack similarly to how Misha plays Castiel. I think. Definitely some kind of resemblance that I assume is intended, and I like it.
Gonna feed the cats and then watch last night's ep and then I will be [gasp] ALL CAUGHT UP!
ETA Hahaha Jensen being 40 makes me feel not that old after all, if I'm only that much older than the Boys.
Well, that got dark. Jack making shadow puppets was delightful, though. And Mary and Bobby had a good talk, I hope that settles her mind some.
This show is hard on prophets. I'm afraid for alternate Kevin.
Also, meant to say, the Sister Jo version of angel embracing having fallen is pretty interesting, aside from the weird romancey thing with Lucifer.
Really interesting interview with Misha, with lots of pictures: [link]
That's is interesting. Someone should definitely get him and Nick Offerman together.
Really enjoyed this most recent ep. Had an early season vibe to me.
Scoobynatural was fun but not brilliant.
The plot was sort of alarmingly thin, but I think I didn't mind much because that's part of the usual Scooby thing? And it was so well done, and loving.
Yeah, my only real complaint was Daphne seemed off. Not that she had much depth of character ever, probably, but she just didn't seem quite right and the rest of the characters did. The animation was terrific!
I guess I was hoping for something as great as that one episode with the girls' school putting on the fanfic play - I don't know why my expectations got so high. I didn't even realize it until I was disappointed.
I did like that it was a real estate scam, and I always like when the boys have empathy for the ghost. And Dean getting in on the sandwich action was perfect.
