Yep, someone was mentioning golden milk in my FB feed recently.
I don't know if Ive had tumeric outside of curry.
In the space of 5 minutes, I've spilled a full glass of juice and a bottle of aspirin. Both were in rather unspillable locations. I'm afraid for today.
Didn't key lime trend years ago?
It's part of the 80s comeback?
Congrats on the new position, Kat!
Yesterday I managed to lose my car registration -- has brought it into the house for scanning, then remembered to put it in my purse, then it mysteriously disappeared. I was late for something, of course, but I rolled my wisdom and decided that I'd better not drive without it.
15 minutes later, I found that it had fallen out on top of the recycling pile.
Y'all can get all retro with the key limes if you want, it was the fingerling limes that were On the List.
And now that I say that I am wondering what effect the great shortage of bar limes had on citrus trends. Too bad I didn't think of that when I could have asked the expert.
One of our hippie friends recommended a "tea" made with turmeric, ginger, lemon, honey, and hot water.
That sounds tasty. I've got a ginger, honey, and lemon mixture already in my fridge, supposedly for making hot toddies although I most often just eat a spoonful by itself.
So my goal for today is to be in the office for fewer than 10 hours. It could happen!
Glad you found it, Theo! Replacing one's recycled car registration sounds like one of those tasks that requires a lot of waiting in lines.
I bought turmeric for some recipe a year or so back but I can't remember what it was or if I even made it.
