Ambitious is over rated, especially on a Sunday.

More ambitious than today is still a low bar, believe me.
The fact that you are acknowledging that you will be ambitious, is perhaps, more ambitious than I already plan on being.
MOre ambitious than me anyway. My big accomplishment this week was being able to sleep in a bed instead of a chair last night.
I went for a run with my niece. And I didn't fall over, and it wasn't horribly painful, although it was short. So I guess I'm on the way back. But I'm still dizzy often: no bicycling for me until I can safely look around at the traffic.
And I did two loads of laundry, and picked up around the house, and vacuumed, and groomed the dog. And then we took my dad out for dinner at a nice new restaurant (which I hadn't realized it was that expensive, my plan was just for burgers and beer).
Not a bad day--especially with some really good soccer to watch.
Worked hard enough yesterday to leave me a bit sore this morning. Including moving bookcases.
My sister: Gosh, why are books so darn heavy? Me: They're TREES.
My exciting agenda for today is cleaning a bathroom and folding an excess of laundry. And probably a nap.
Sounds like people are having productive weekends, by and large. I saw Chef yesterday and plan to do laundry today. That's probably gonna be it on the productivity side for me.
I'm having an Adventure on Monday: taking a bus to Albany, then another down to the Catskills to hook up with fambly for my aunt's surprise 85th birthday party (the birthday part is not a surprise).
I don't want to stress my fragile car on a 500+ mile round trip. As for getting home, it happens my cousin is driving her rental car to Boston the day after the party, so I've got a much more comfortable ride home.
So Monday goes like this: 8:30 AM, get stitches out, 11:00 AM job screening call, then to pack up and be at the bus station (via Red Line) at 5:30 for a bus trip ending at 10:30 pm (with an hour to be driven to my relatives' house after.)
I'm tired already.
Mmmmm, books. Mine are in storage. I didn't move them back to Delray because I knew it was temporary and I seriously limited what came here.
Worked at the office all day yesterday. DH peeled a crazy quantity of mangoes that I must do stuff with today.
That will be an adventure!
My sister: Gosh, why are books so darn heavy? Me: They're TREES.
Hee.
