I dreamed last night that I was at a job interview with some other candidates, and the person sitting next to me had brought an axolotl. I was torn between worrying that its enclosure wasn't big enough for comfort and wondering if I should have brought one.
Thanks for all the hopeful posts on Cosmo, guys. I'm putting up more flyers today, and going to the local shelters to see if she is there.
Good luck, Strix. That's so hard.
As anxiety dreams go, Calli, that's an interesting one. Now I want to add axolotl keeping to my progression path.
I am more amused than I probably should be that a local production of The Addams Family cast an actor named Butler to play Lurch. Treying to figure out when I can go see that...

Strix, may Cosmo come home soon.

It's so great when I have a meeting with my manager to say hey btw I saved $X million dollars this week already and then find out that we're going ahead with making me do the job I don't want to do.
I have one more thing I'm going to investigate that's a long shot, and then I have to figure out if I'm leaving the company or moving to the Bay Area. I guess that means I have to figure if there's anything in Chicago that I may want to try for, because if there isn't, that makes the decision easier.
