Survived today. Actually played key role in certain developments. But I did duck out of a meeting at 15 past the scheduled end. I hate it when the host can't keep on track or END a meeting.

My current boss is his former direct report, and a number of our sales force and strategic consulting groups also worked closely with him previously. (Yes, my Current Employer can be called Previous Employer-East.)

Strix, keep hope. We had one cat that took a winter sabbatical in someone else's home. We thought he'd been plowed into a snowbank, and came back fat and smelling of woodsmoke. My own cat decided on a two week vacation (or maybe her kidnapper decided to release her after my Wanted posters went up. I was a fucking mess those weeks with her gone).
