I have a job interview on Monday.

I have been with my current company TEN YEARS.

I am so excited because my current department is devouring me starting with my bottom, but internally I am also flipping out like a mammal because I have NO IDEA HOW TO DO A JOB INTERVIEW. When I was first hired here, I was a 25 year-old temp. (Holy shit, I've almost literally been working here my entire adult life. CHANGE IS SCARY.)

David! in Tuesday's New York Times they had an article about people living on houseboats on London's canals. The photo had a full-color picture of a houseboat named "Matilda."

I think I should get to live on a houseboat in London named "Matilda." It seems right.

And yeah, Allyson, it is none of their business. "I had some health issues that were really painful to treat, and I had to take time off to treat and recover."
