Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Because in last night's dream I was with the crew of Serenity

Yet again I am filled with hate. I get an arts collective debating privileging orientation in their lectures and not being able to wake up, and Serenity was up for grabs?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Somehow I'm afraid that's not how it works.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Yeah, but I didn't get much chance to hang with the Serenity crew before the zombies arrived.

I had packing frustrated dreams. But I always have those. Usually with rain in unexpected places. My brain is strange and yet pedestrian.

OTOH, in reality, I have a security breach on primary servers that's probably going to fuck up the already fucked-up build (re)scheduled for next week by another two weeks. And it was supposed to go in a month ago. With all its working parts. What was finally planned to go in last week ended up a mere framework, not full implementation. Whatever. I've given up at this point.

I'll take pedestrian and strange.

brillig

I was house hunting with Tony Stark, though he wasn't buying, he was just hanging around bringing the snark. And the useful backup when the Weeping Angels showed up.

That sounds better than mine.

Weeping Angels are still scary, though.

Yeah. My zombies were kind of lame. They even flinched nervously when I pulled the trigger (and the gun didn't fire). Zombies aren't supposed to be afraid of being shot.

I also dreamt a low budget Jared Padalecki movie that had cheesy animation and his brother appearing as standins. And I couldn't turn it off.

And I just remember that I saw his bald spot.

You know, other than in childhood (and those were 1. Big Bird and 2. the brick wall guy from a spiderman sketch on Electric Company,) I don't think characters or actors have ever been in my dreams. Not memorably so, for sure.
