The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

Like Jeffrey but with a hard G.

Others on the call, who already knew him, mostly called him Geff.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Okay, is it just me, or does a beesheep hybrid sound like something awful Margaret Atwood would have written into Oryx and Crake?

Tep, that's weird about the reunion. My all girls school does do one of the reunion events as girls only (happy hour, I think) but the mass and the main events (of COURSE there's a mass!) are not only co-ed but family friendly.

In other news, the kid that shot up the high school across the street in my parents' town has escaped custody. People are not pleased.

Never heard of this. Could be a special snowflake or cursed by his parents and deciding to own it.

I'm trying to be impartial because I once had an encounter with a Geoffrey who was thoroughly insulted when I addressed him as "Geoff" in an email once even though it was in his signature. Excuse me for not being psychic, Geoffrey!

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

I read on the news that he's already been recaptured.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I just dreamt going crazy. Do not recommend it, BTW. Had to wake up and post to be sure I was awake.

Very peculiar set of dreams, including "lost time" and an entire arts collective. Who dreams an art collective? With sign language interpretors?

I blame the grown woman in a pink tutu I saw when I was out. She was way too close to Bee Girl...oh, wait....

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Last full day in Vermont today, tomorrow we have to go home (with, hopefully, a side trip to King Arthur Flour). I'm not thinking about rejoining the real world and having concerns in it until the drive home, 'K?

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Put off the real world concerns as long as possible, Theo.

I've thoroughly enjoyed reading about your adventures!

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

I have an appointment with a new psychiatrist today! Wish me good luck.

I have to go shower and get ready.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I need to learn how to shoot a gun. Because in last night's dream I was with the crew of Serenity and we were under attack by zombies and I couldn't get the bolt-action rifle I found to fire. I'm pretty sure I chambered the round ok and I was thinking the safety might still be on, but it was too dark to tell by looking at it in the rec room we were in.
