I've made great progress on my Lynda.com lessons, so I'm taking a break out in the yard, in the shade.

I haven't seen the groundhog of late, but I notice more weeds nibbled down, so I'm guessing he's still around!

Also, it's fucking hot. I can't believe I was out in it all day yet only now am cranky about getting sweaty taking the trash out. I mean, I completely soaked the bed sheet I had folded up and belted around my waist (think floor length apron, to protect my legs) and the cloths on my face and head were wringable. Sheet apron was like 8 layers. 1minute and a light sweat is making me whiny?

mop kitchen
clean my bathroom - all done
do a load of laundry - by me
vacuum mac's room - by mac
measure some clothes - measured 4
go through some papers - clear off at least one side table - by me
clean off dresser
wash car
vacuum car - driver side front and back vacuumed (garage very hot and yuck)

I did have to stop and do real work work, and then mac I and went to comic book store and book store.

I have turned all my vegetables and eggs into meals (actually, I'm still in the process of making breakfast custards, but the eggs are out of my fridge), that hasn't happened in a while. Once this batch of custard is done I will have 9 breakfasts, 21 second breakfasts, 4 lunches, and 6-8 dinners ready to go. And I've stayed fairly on top of washing up dishes while I did it, which is highly unusual.

I get more vegetables on Wednesday and more meat and eggs on Thursday but those are future -t's to manage.

Of course, I have not done the one thing I really wanted to accomplish this weekend - culling the closet. But the day is not over.

We've had a very lazy weekend, which is fine, because Tim has been working his ass off for the past couple of months. Today I finished the first Harry Dresden book, and we ran errands and went to see GotG again (still fantastic). And now we're having pancakes for dinner.

Trading mopping for vacuuming with my mother was brilliant, I have to say.

Now can you come clean my house while I paint?

Ha ha ha. I barely cleaned my own house, over the course of three days!
