I think I can stop and have dinner now.
Today, I have dealt with dead internet and phone, gone to pick up a new modem and THEN been informed it was an internet outage in my area, took the car to the mechanic where they discovered TWO places leaking oil (this being the car we would like to trade in for a new car), spent an hour making updates to a family member's website (most of which time was trying to locate where the FUCK certain settings were in Wordpress), and got to work to discover that my coworker actually had a worse day than mine.
They got the truck unpacked with only minor arguments. Beer was involved.

Sneezing like forever cause chlorine was really high in the alternate pool. And an extra 40 minutes of driving. I will survive this week.

So, did we know that Burning Man got rained out? This is a massive deal. I've never heard of it being even a possibility.
Around here, everyone knows someone who goes to Burning Man (I know at least 3 people, no, at least 4), so we're probably going to hear a lot about it as they come trickling back to town, very cranky, with all their uneaten brownies. (Are brownies too bourgeois for BM?)
... on edit, it looks possible that the gates are only closed temporarily, until the road dries out. Guess we'll see.
