Had my doctor's appointment this morning. Good news, my blood sugars are still trending down, and my blood pressure is looking good. Bad news, they didn't know about Hubby.
Doc sits down, smiles at me and says, "So how's Mr. Neil?" and I think "Fuck." The visit proceeds to be much less cheerful from there. I'll be glad when I stop running into people I have to tell. Though that will probably be never.

I'm pissed at the disability-rights movement for banging their drum about the two good minutes Robin Williams might have had with Parkinson's disease.(Everything doesn't need us in it, reminding America how Perfectly Fine we are and how We Wouldn't Change A Thing and How Dare You Suggest Otherwise?--there have been times in my life so bullshit encrusted,I'd have "mowed down a conga line of grandmas" to get free.
