Mine too, really, although they'll also strongly suggest they don't stay in the same department.

Ah, OK. I don't think I've ever heard it called that before.
(I might also be stupid tired.)
yeah no dating, sorry.
Guys. Just found out that my (not cousin, exactly, but related) who I grew up close to and saw at every holiday 's husband is in jail. FOR TRYING TO MURDER HER. She's okay, he's in jail with no bail and that's all I know right now. WTF--they have two small children.
WTF, indeed, Scrappy! Glad she's okay and he's caught, but dear god, why.
There's a married couple in my department who met while working there. Their relationship has caused some drama, mainly because they can't both go to the annual Big Meeting; one has to stay home and care for their kids. Big Boss doesn't like that. I don't know if we don't have a no-frat policy, or they just ignored it because their love was so true. They didn't get fired, anyway.
Good lord, Scrappy!
Oh how awful, Scrappy! Your poor cousin. Her poor kids. I hope she's got lots of family and friends who can help her out.
Good lord, Scrappy!

Starsky and Hutch is getting weirder and weirder. I wonder which eps the people who wrote the movie leant on. I mean, what is even going on here:
S: [Places excessive order at fast food place] You really think eating nothing for forty hours and drinking a whole lot of water is gonna make you healthier?
H: Yeah! It's not just to make me more healthy--it's to maintain my already fantastic physical condition. It's the natural way, Stars. You ever see an animal in the wild? You ever seen a fat lion? Huh?
S: No….but come to to think of it I never seen a thin hoppipitomus either.
H: Wait'll your order comes back.
[cut to bad guys]
I don't think I've ever heard it called that before.
That's probably a bit of a military way of putting it, but I can't think of another short wayt to say it.
Yipes, Scrappy!
I mean, what is even going on here:
Uh, bad dialog? Yeah okay, I got nothing.
Yikes, Scrappy! I wish there was some way to make things better, but other than supporting her and the kids as best one can, there's no way to fix it. So sad.
I finally have an appointment with my ENT who did the ear surgery on me. It's been 10 weeks and I'm still wobbly and lightheaded and uncomfortable much of the time. It's beginning to affect my emotional state, and I'm bummed about the entire thing. So hopefully he'll be able to do something or give me some indication that this is going to get better.
