OK, in the interest of posting-will-make-me-actually-do, I am publicly declaring that Labor Day weekend I will go through my wardrobe and get rid of everything that is too big, dammit. Excepting, of course, the things I love enough to actually alter. I will fix that drawer that needs fixing and buy hangers if necessary and figure this whole clothing thing out.

I'm not going to try to do it before then because OMG I have a triathlon to train for and I am so not ready, so I feel like I really have to focus on that.

Right after this art show. Because wandering around a park with my mom discussing which painting of an old truck we like best and how none of it will fit on our walls is good times.

mac's new bed is getting delivered and they are setting it up and I had minor panic attack realizing I have no cash to tip them, but I dug through a drawer and found some old money envelopes for budgeting and got enough for $10 each.

I wish we, as a society, would just pay people more for everything and not have tipping be necessary anymore. It stresses me out. Yay new bed!

Hey, I see brands I've had good luck with in the sleep bras, I'm gonna try one. Maybe this will let me roll out of bed and go straight to the gym like I fantasize about.

Have bit the bullet and ordered a power cord for my sewing machine. If this means I finally stumble across the one I am sure is in my shed somewhere and I have two, so be it.

I am sitting here researching where to buy live feeder crickets in LA for the baby toad. Baby toad is so cute and wee that the regularly stocked size (1/2 in) is almost too large. I tried to feed him this morning and he just stared at the big one, so I had to scrounge around and find a couple weensy ones for him.

I am handpicking food for the baby toad! Who is this chick?! It's like I don't even know me.

I think we should call the toad Trevor.
