I eat the same things for meals almost every day, when I'm home. After a while, I get bored and switch to something else. I have not died of malnutrition yet.

I eat the same thing for lunch, it's cheap and reassuring.
edit: What Zen said. I change when I'm bored. I don't like experimenting with food.
I am SUPER BORED. I really should work.
I feel you.
I am not working. I am looking at this labradoodle. [link]
You guys, I want to eat the same thing for lunch every day. Is that OK?
Oliver Sacks does. So yes.
I wish I could get myself into a routine and eat the same meals over and over again. I feel like the reduction in daily decisions would be wonderful. When I was slavishly following the Atkins 2-week Induction menu i had that for a while, but now I have my various CSAs to eat up.
Also, deciding on a "uniform" to wear to work (or to the gym for that matter). I use up a lot of energy deciding what to wear and what to eat and I have to do it EVERY DAY. That can't be optimal.
I eat about five different meals altogether, because that's what I like. As long as 'the same lunch' is part of a reasonably balance diet, I don't think there's much basis for others' opinions.
I sort of have a uniform, but I think it might not be that noticible because it is in all different colors. But every day I wear bike shorts and a cami, then but a dress and a scarf over it. Pretty much all my camis and scarfs go with all my dresses if you are OK with bright color mixing.
In the winter, I wear tights.
That's smart, Sophia. I liked my old closet because it was one long pole, so I just rotated them along the pole and more or less wore the next thing up, assuming it worked with the weather.
I definitely eat the same breakfast every day.
Actually, wasn't there a thing about Obama cutting down on decision-making by only wearing grey or navy suits when he became president?
I am disturbed by the coworker who sounds like he is brushing his teeth while sitting in the toilet stall.
