Other than Eat the Free Food Whenever It Is Offered, which is a basic principal of my life.
My husband espouses this philosophy as well. I find that at my work, it's more often a way to go hungry than anything else, but they feed them well in his building.

-t, i find that the heart rate calculators are seriously off for me. Because if you're judging by being able to talk and/or sing (I've heard if you can't talk you're working too hard but if you can sing you're not working hard enough), I can still hold a conversation when my heart rate is almost to what the calculator thinks is my MAX.
