I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration
Dinner tonight is fish and chips. By which I mean baked salmon and sweet potato fries because that was what I was able to do with what I had, but it's good! BTW, deep frying Safeway's crinkle-cut sweet potatoes is not on the package as a recommended preparation but it works just fine.

I"m planning on making lentils and garlic bread for the kids tonight (yay leftovers!) and fry up some polenta cakes for Cody and myself, but just realized we will have a bunch of folks descend on us in a few minutes. May default to take out instead.
