Dinner tonight is fish and chips. By which I mean baked salmon and sweet potato fries because that was what I was able to do with what I had, but it's good! BTW, deep frying Safeway's crinkle-cut sweet potatoes is not on the package as a recommended preparation but it works just fine.

Both those options sounds good to me, Burrell. I need to work out how to fit restaurant meals into my highly structured meal plan. Other than Eat the Free Food Whenever It Is Offered, which is a basic principal of my life.
