I just had 10 glorious hours of pain-free sleep. Sure, the last three were on the sofa, but it's v. comfy. And after two nights of not being comfortable enough to get more that a couple of hours, it was very much needed. Theses drugs are great.

A good night's sleep is not to be disparaged. Not that it solves all ills, but it makes treatment much easier. I think my treatment today may be some shopping. It's time I replaced my little netbook. It's so slow, I'm thinking of calling it Dummy and putting a dunce cap on it. Then donating it to a community college.

I showered AND cleaned the bathroom AND washed dishes, including the ones that used to hold moldy food in the fridge! Now the question is, I have an ancient container of crumbled feta that I never opened. It looks fine. Do you think it is fine?? Especially relevant because I was about to go to the store for about three things, including feta.
